The Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida, Inc.
The Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida's Board of Directors are appointed by the seven (7) County Governments that comprise Region IV, and the Board Members represent healthcare consumers, providers, and purchasers. Board Members serve for terms of 2 years and are eligible for reappointment. The Counties' Board appointments are determined by proportional representation predicated by the Counties' population, and they are as follows:

The Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida, Inc. Board of Director meetings are scheduled every quarter on the 4th Thursday of the month. All board meetings are held at the Community Hospice - St. Augustine Office located at 525 State Road 16 (Westgate Plaza), St. Augustine, Florida 32084 with the exception of the annual board meeting which is traditionally conducted in the month of October each year at different locations.
The meetings begin at 3:00 PM and the public is cordially invited to attend all meetings. The schedule for 2007-2008 is shown below:
