The Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida, Inc.
The Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida is also known to be an objective source of health care information for the community. The Council publishes information on local hospital and nursing home utilization, HMO enrollment, and other health care utilization trends. It also produces and distributes consumer-oriented guides on topics such as managed care, nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
