Smart People Customized Data Reports and Subscription Services

The Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida is the repository of healthcare and population status data for Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, St. Johns and Volusia counties. The Health Planning Council collects psychographic data by zip code, conducts qualitative and quantitative research, analyzes social determinant data by state and county in addition to collecting and analyzing utilization data submitted by hospitals and nursing homes.

We offer healthcare utilization subscription services to more than 250 subscribers who receive our healthcare utilization reports monthly, quarterly and semi-annually. All of these reports are ongoing and are published monthly, quarterly or semi-annually to provide you with a moving picture of who does what, and where the relative changes in position are taking place.We also generate customized utilization reports on request.
