The 2009 County Health Profiles are now available!
Each year, the Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida compiles and updates regional data to produce an up-to-date health profile of each county in our region. These easy to understand profiles can be used to mobilize the community around health assets and challenges, compliment on-going community assessments, influence policy, help determine resource allocations, and raise awareness of the current health issues
