The Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida holds a variety of community and fundraising events throughout the year. Two of the most anticipated are The Community First Credit Union Hale & Hearty 7K on June 2, 2012 at the Riverside Arts Market in Jacksonville and our health-related B2B Annual Meeting held in October, also in Jacksonville.
