The Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida conduct economic analysis services using IMPLAN, an economic database management tool that measures the impact of various changes in the local economy. Integrating other tools in conjunction with IMPLAN allows our health planners to create reports that reflect the interaction of the economy and public health issues on specific cities, towns, neighborhoods and even ZIP codes.
