Independent and government-supported agencies throughout the seven-county region engage the Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida to evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of a variety of health programs. Evaluations can include disease management programs such as diabetes and asthma control programs; preventive programs such as immunization or well-baby care programs for at-risk populations; or emergency medical programs such as those initiated during natural disasters. Many organizations choose the Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida to serve as thier evaluation consultant in thier private, state and federal grants. You can too.

The Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida, as mandated by the state, monitors and evaluates the adequacy, appropriateness and effectiveness, within our region, of local, state, federal and private funds distributed to meet the needs of the medically indigent and other underserved population groups.
