Guide to Assisted Living Facilities

In conjunction with Heritage Publishing, the Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida produced its fifth edition of the Guide to Assisted Living Facilities in Northeast Florida 2009-2010. The guide is designed to help individuals and families make informed decisions on the type of long-term care that is needed by providing information about the different kinds of assisted living facilities available, the services they provide, how to select a facility that meets their needs, as well as additional information on alternatives to long-term care.
